Young Apprentice of the Year 2018
Mansfield & Ashfield 2020 Business Awards 2018 took place on Friday 20th April. Members of the Premier Products Customer Service and Marketing Team attended the evening to support Isabel who was nominated for Young Apprentice of the Year.
Isabel joined Premier Products as a Customer Service Advisor in February 2017 and became a key member of our team very quickly. Her can-do attitude and willingness to learn has meant she soon settled into the role and gained positive feedback from both customers and staff members.
Isabel is a very confident young lady who wants to stretch herself and improve her skill set. She approached her manager with the idea of starting a Level 2 Customer Service NVQ Apprenticeship and was signed up straightaway.
All work for her Apprenticeship is completed to a very high standard and Isabel’s tutor often uses her as an example to other students and nominated Isabel for the award.
I am extremely enthusiastic and determined to complete my Level 2 Customer service apprenticeship to the best of my ability because I want to be proud of all the hard work and effort that has been put into all my work. As soon as I have been given a new pack or work load, it is always completed as a priority and handed in before the due date. I am aiming to hit distinctions in all my work because I want to prove that I can progress further to the Level 3 qualification or a similar qualification, such as business development. My course has created a positive impact within my job role.
Premier Products are extremely proud of Isabel’s achievements over the last year and her nomination was truly deserved. Although Isabel did not win the award, it was a great recognition of all her hard work.
