Personalised Image Printed Car Mats

We don’t just offer exceptional quality car mats that are tailored to fit your vehicle, we also offer you the ability to add your own image to fully tailored car mats or heel pads. Using a process called dye-sublimation, the whole process is done in-house with our state-of-the-art sublimation printer, meaning we can offer our customers a completely custom service and create something personal.

What is Dye Sublimation?

The process of dye sublimation involves printing an image onto transfer paper which is then heat pressed at 190 degrees onto our special carpet car mats, which seals the ink directly onto the carpet fibres, so you don’t have to worry about the ink running or transferring when the mats get wet.

How do we do it?

Once you have chosen an image and attached the file to the order for personalised car mats, our team resizes the image to fit the car mats for the chosen vehicle. Once resized, we send you a preview of how the mats will look for approval. Once you are happy with the preview the order is then sent to be cut, before moving on to be printed and heat pressed. When the mats have cooled, they are then sent to our talented machinists who add the finishing trim and binding, and then the mats are ready to be dispatched!
