The following charges will apply if your order amounts to less than £50:
We aim to manufacture all of our orders within 3-5 working days of receiving your payment. Once your order has been made, it will be delivered within 24 hours of being shipped. At peak times, e.g. at Christmas, we ask that you please allow extra days for delivery.
Once an item is ready for dispatch, we will send you a tracking number by email, which you can track during the following day by using the courier’s website. Please note that orders being delivered to non-mainland UK addresses could take longer.
As per our terms & conditions agreed when ordering via our website or telephone – we shall not be liable for any delays to the delivery of products ordered caused by circumstances out of our control by the delivering third party. No refunds will be issued for delayed delivery services paid for unless orders are lost by the delivering company.
All of the packages we send will need to be signed for. They could also be left with a neighbour if you are not at home.
If nobody is home to receive the parcel, the driver will leave a card. This card will advise you that your order is being held for collection. Enter your tracking details into the couriers tracking website to see where your parcel is being held.
