    Keeping your boot liner clean is quick and straightforward:

    1. Remove the liner from your vehicle and shake off any loose dirt or debris.
    2. Machine wash on a gentle 30°C cycle.
    3. Do not use fabric softener, as this can affect the performance of the materials.

    For best results, allow the liner to air dry completely before reinstalling.

  • Will this boot liner fit my BMW 3 Series 2021 - Present?

    Our boot liners are custom-designed to match the unique dimensions and specifications of each vehicle model. As boot interiors vary, the method of securing the liner will depend on the material used in your vehicle’s boot area:

    • Carpeted Boot Areas – The liner is fitted using high-strength Velcro, which attaches directly to the boot carpet.
    • Plastic Trim Interiors – For boots with plastic surfaces, the liner is secured using the self-adhesive backing on the Velcro strips.

    Pre-Installation Cleaning Requirements

    To ensure optimal adhesion, the boot area must be thoroughly cleaned before installation.

    For Carpeted Areas:

    • Vacuum the entire boot thoroughly.
    • Ensure all dust, debris, and pet hair are completely removed.

    For Plastic Trim:

    1. Clean the plastic surfaces using a silicone remover (e.g. Auto-Glym Intensive Tar Remover).
    2. Wipe dry with a clean, lint-free cloth.
    3. Proceed with the boot liner installation as per the fitting guide.
    4. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to bond fully before using the boot.

    Important: The Velcro or adhesive will not adhere properly to surfaces contaminated with dirt, pet hair, or silicone residues. If your boot carpet has been treated with a protective coating, we cannot guarantee that the Velcro will secure effectively.

    Before Ordering: Please confirm your vehicle’s make, model, and year of manufacture to ensure compatibility with our custom-fit boot liners.

Delivery FAQs

  • Can I collect my order from you?

    Yes. You’re welcome to collect your order from our premises in Pinxton, Nottinghamshire once it has been manufactured. We’re open Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. You’ll receive an email or phone call to let you know when your order is ready for collection.

  • Can I track my delivery?

    Yes. Once your product is ready for dispatch, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can then follow your order via the courier’s website or app. All deliveries require a signature but can be left with a neighbour if you’re not home.

    If you’ve selected Express Delivery and you’re unavailable, the courier will leave a card advising that your order is being held at your local Post Office for collection.

  • Can you deliver internationally?

    Due to shipping changes following Brexit, we are unfortunately not able to ship orders internationally.

  • How long will delivery take?

    We aim to manufacture all products within 3–5 working days of receiving payment. For orders under £50, selecting our Express Delivery option (£5.99) ensures your item is delivered within 24 hours after production is complete.

    Deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses may take a little longer, and during peak periods such as Christmas, please allow additional time for processing and shipping.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £50. If your order is under this amount, our UK Mainland Express Delivery service is available for just £5.99. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly so you can start enjoying your new seat covers as soon as possible.

  • Which Courier will deliver my order?

    We will send your order to you using the Yodel delivery service.

Warranty & Returns

  • Can I cancel my order?

    If you wish to cancel or amend an order for non-bespoke products, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible at support@mto-uk.com.

    We will do our best to process your request before the item enters production. However, if your order has already been manufactured, a restocking fee may apply.

    Please note that we cannot cancel or amend orders for bespoke or personalised products once processing has begun.

  • Can I return my order if it isn't suitable?

    We take great care to manufacture all our products to the highest standards. However, we understand there may be instances where you need to return an item. Subject to our terms and conditions, returns are accepted – simply contact our Customer Service Team at support@mto-uk.com to initiate the process.

    Unless the item is faulty or we are in breach of contract, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. When contacting us, please provide the following:

    • Your order number
    • Full name and contact details
    • Vehicle make, model, and year
    • Reason for return

    If approved, we will refund the full product price and original delivery cost, minus a 25% handling charge.

    Please note:

    • Customised or bespoke items (e.g. embroidered, tailored-to-fit products) are non-refundable unless they are faulty, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
    • We cannot accept returns or offer exchanges if the wrong make, model, or year was selected at the time of order.

    Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
