• Will this product fit my Volkswagen Golf MK7 2012-2020?

  Boot Cleaning Instructions – Fully Tailored Boot Liners Only

  As each vehicle is different our boot liners are designed to fit the specifics of that certain model.
  Some car boots are fully covered by carpet and our strong Velcro is designed to attach directly to the carpet.
  Other cars have a plastic trim, in this instance the self-adhesive backing of the Velcro is used to stick the boot liner into place.

  Important Pre-installation Cleaning Instructions

  Carpet Interior
  • Please vacuum the boot thoroughly and ensure all dirt and dog hair is removed

  Plastic Interior
  1. Clean the plastic trim with a silicone remover (e.g Auto-Glym Intensive Tar Remover)
  2. Use a clean dry cloth to dry the plastic trim
  3. Follow the boot liner fitting instructions
  4. Please allow 24 hours before use to allow the self-adhesive to fully stuck to the plastic

  Please note, the Velcro or self-adhesive will not stick to the boot if it comes into contact with dirt, dog hair or silicone prior to fitting. If you have had your carpet protected, we cannot guarantee that our Velcro will attach to the boot carpet.

• How do I clean and maintain my Boot Liner?

  Cleaning and maintaining your boot liner really couldn’t be easier. Simply detach it from your boot and shake out any loose debris. You can then pop it into your washing machine on a 30-degree cycle – just remember not to use any fabric softener.

• Is a manufacturer’s warranty included with this product?

  We offer 12-month warranty on all our products. However please note the warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover issues due to excessive use or wear. For more information or to discuss a possible manufacturing defect, please contact our team.

• Where is the product manufactured?

  All of our fitted boot liners are manufactured in the heart of the UK. We are based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire and all of our products are made by our amazing team of skilled workers who have decades of experience under their belts.

Delivery FAQs

• How much does delivery cost?

  We know that you can’t wait to get your hands on your new car boot liner and that is why we offer FREE delivery on all UK mainland orders over £50. Our UK Mainland Express Delivery for orders under this amount costs £5.99.

• How long will delivery take?

  We try to get our products to you as quickly as we can and aim to manufacture them within 3-5 working days of receiving your payment. For orders under £50, our Express option of £5.99 will ensure your item is delivered 24 hours after the manufacturing time of 3-5 working days.

  Orders for non-mainland UK addresses may take a little longer. Please allow extra time for delivery at peak times such as Christmas.

• Can I track my delivery?

  We will send you a tracking number by email once your car boot liner is ready for dispatch. You will then be able to track your order through the courier’s website or app. All packages will need to be signed for, but they can be left with a neighbour if you are not in. If you choose Express delivery, your courier will leave a card to advise you that your order is being held at a local Post Office for collection if you are not available.

• Which Courier will deliver my order?

  We will send your car boot liner order to you using the Yodel delivery service.

• Can you deliver internationally?

  Due to shipping changes following Brexit, we are unfortunately not able to ship orders internationally.

• Can I collect my order from you?

  You are welcome to collect your order directly from our premises in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire once it has been manufactured. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm. You will receive an email or telephone call when your order is ready to be collected.

What about warranty and Returns?

• Can I return my Boot Liner if it isn’t suitable?

  We take great care to manufacture your boot liner to the highest possible standards. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return an item, and subject to our terms and conditions, we will accept returns. Simply contact our Customer Service Team by calling 01623 645100 or email support@carmats-uk.com to let them know. You will need to pay for the cost of returns unless we are at fault and in breach of contract. Please include your order number, name, contact details, the make, model and year of your vehicle and your reasons for returning the item. We will then refund the full amount of the product and the original cost of delivery minus 25%. We will not be able to refund you if the boot liners have been folded.

  Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for customised or bespoke products, as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, unless they are faulty. You will also not be allowed to exchange the product if you have ordered for the wrong make, model, or year.

  Please allow 14 days for refunds to be made after the date upon which we receive the products that you have returned.

• Can I cancel my Boot Liners order?

  If you would like to cancel or change an order for non-bespoke products, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible on 01623 645100 (Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm). Alternatively, you can email support@carmats-uk.com.

  We will aim to process this before your order is manufactured, but if we are unable to do so, a reasonable restocking fee may apply. We are unable to cancel any orders for Bespoke or Personalised products.
